Hi I'm Gabriella Corales
Front-End Developer, based in the U.S.
A Stanford Grad, from San Antonio, TX, once Educator, now Front
End Developer! Gabriella is passionate about elevating people &
under-served communities using education and technology. As a
First Generation college student, she obtained her Bachelors from
Texas State University and her Masters from Stanford University,
and went on to passionately teach at schools serving under-served
communities for nearly a decade. During the pandemic, as the world
changed, Gabriella decided to change with it. She started learning
to code with SheCodes, an organization dedicated to teaching women
how to code in order to close the gender gap in tech. She is now a
Front-End Developer who knows HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React*)
and has experience with other technologies including API
Integration, Responsive Web Development, Git, Git Hub, Netlify,
etc. Gabriella has always been in the business of breaking
barriers, and she has no intention of stopping now! She is
passionate about making the world a better, more equitable place,
and is joining the tech industry with the same passion for
elevating people & under-served communities using education and
technology. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, going
to the ocean, and being in nature.
